Extravagant Love that knows no bounds
Takes me through the affliction of life
Your comforting arms would not be found
Unless tears and loss usher me to Your side
You hold me in the darkness
Shine light on these weary eyes
I’m engulfed in my circumstances
And long to be freed of this fright
You alone can redeem and restore me
Tenderly wooing me to new heights
You walk this journey beside me
Open my eyes, Sweet Adonai
You have woven our stories together
A symphony of music divine
Your patience is so full of mercy
Waiting as all saints are refined
When we hear of Your Hand, Our Maker
How You’ve orchestrated each moment of life
We’ll rejoice as saints in heaven
For sense will be made of this strife
Extravagant Love, oh who can imagine?
The delights and adventures to come?
No more sickness, confusion, or sadness
All evil extinguished and gone!!
The story is one of redemption
Your Kingdom is HERE and ALIVE!
Our hearts yearn for Your Presence among us
Come quickly, Lord Jesus tonight!!
As our faith becomes sight,
Our hearts beat alive,
Never to turn—-
